A new man?

So, after being in California for less than a week I met a guy. He has brown hair and blue eyes and his name is Joe. I was at the dog park and he just came up to me. He seemed nice and interested at first, but ended up getting a little too forward as time wore on. I had to tell him that I'm not that kind of girl. No means no. I hope you're all doing well.
